Greystone Legal are pleased to welcome Sharon Langridge to the firm. Sharon is a senior employment solicitor with over 25 years’ specialist experience in the field.
Sharon’s extensive practice has covered a wide range of employment law and HR issues, acting mainly for employers (including SMEs, local authorities, charities and colleges) and also for senior individuals. Sharon has a particular interest in diversity and equality issues and has played an active role in regional initiatives to promote inclusion and best practice, as well as supporting women in business.
Sharon’s approach is to listen to clients and work with them to achieve their objectives, whether that involves day to day problem-solving, a business restructure or defending a Tribunal claim. She also acts as an independent investigator for workplace investigations, dealing with bullying and harassment and discrimination complaints.
In 2013 Sharon was appointed as a fee-paid Employment Tribunal Judge and is based in the North East region. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
