Paul Humble, our senior partner, is a vastly experienced employment lawyer with long-established track record of acting for a wide range of businesses, from owner managed businesses to major public limited companies.
His focus is upon working closely with clients to provide practical and commercially focused advice, dealing with workplace issues effectively and preventing costly employment disputes from arising.
Paul has considerable experience of dealing with and advising upon tribunal claims, and providing the highest level of representation. He has appeared in employment tribunals throughout the country and before the Employment Appeals Tribunal.
Paul also acts for individuals in specific cases and has a particular expertise in discrimination law.
Paul was appointed as a fee-paid Employment Tribunal Judge in 2010 and he currently sits in the Manchester region.
Paul has experience of dealing with commercial contracts and terms of business.
